酚醛树脂残碳率的某些影响因素

摘要本文了研究了液体酚醛树脂合成过程中原材料酚/醛配比聚合反应程度聚合速度及树脂粘度等因素揭示了反应程度聚合速度与酚醛树脂固化碳化后残碳率的关系结果显示树脂的残碳率随甲醛加入量的增加而发生变化在酚/醛为11.2摩尔比时达到峰值随着树脂聚合速度的增大树脂残碳率逐渐增大

Some Influence Factor to Carbon Yield Ratio of Liquid Phenolic Resin

Abstract: Phenolic resin with properties of high carbon yield was prepared by the phenol with an excess amount of formaldehyde carrying out a contraction reaction .the relationship between reaction degree and converge speed with carbon yield ratio were investigation. The value of carbon yield ratio reached peak when the phenol / formaldehyde mol ratio at 1:1.2.while with the increase of the resin converge speed, the carbon yield ratio value become larger.
